CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations made less than 12 hours before appointment time will be charged a fee of 50% of service ticket price to the card on file. Fees must be paid before rescheduling. Clients will be considered a no-call no-show in the event of no communication 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time. No-call no-showes will be charged 100% of service ticket price to the card on file, and client will be barred from rescheduling. Cancellations must be completed at least 12 hours prior to appointment time.
